If your problem is regarding Username/Password errors,
 your call is free.
A $14.95 charge per incident will be charged for all other errors.
You will be assigned a case number and it will remain open for 48 hours, if you have to call again.

The hours for live technical support are:
8 AM to Midnight Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
11 AM to 8 PM Eastern Time on Saturday and Sunday.
